By signing below, I give permission for my child or children listed in the registration form to participate in El Salvador Worldschool Hub classes, supervised recreation, field trips, and related program activities during the enrolled program period.

Transportation. I authorize transportation arranged or approved by the Hub for program activities, field trips, or emergencies.

Emergency care. If I cannot be reached after reasonable efforts, I authorize designated Hub personnel to provide basic first aid, contact emergency services, arrange emergency transportation, and obtain medical evaluation or treatment reasonably necessary to protect my child's health or safety. I understand that I remain responsible for related medical and transportation costs unless another person is legally responsible.

Acknowledgment of risk. I understand that participation may involve ordinary risks associated with classroom activities, play, sports, outdoor environments, road travel, weather, animals, and third-party locations. I confirm that the health, emergency, and contact information submitted in the registration form is complete and current, and I will promptly report any changes.

Limited release. To the fullest extent permitted by Salvadoran law, I accept the ordinary and inherent risks of the activities authorized above and release El Salvador Worldschool Hub, its owners, directors, mentors, staff, volunteers, activity hosts, and transportation providers from claims arising solely from those risks. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived.

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children identified in the registration form, that I have authority to grant this permission, and that I have read and understood this authorization.
